IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO APPLICANTS
  Applicants are requested to read the advertisement published in the news paper carefully before submitting online application. The eligibility criteria’s such as age, educational qualifications, experience should be checked at before filling up the form..

  Applicants in their own interest are advised to apply and submit application promptly and not to wait till the last date/ time for applying online. SIDAC shall not be responsible if applicants are not able to submit their applications on account of the last minute rush.

  An applicant can apply for multiple courses at a time. Please note that admission will be permitted for only one course at a time.
  Please retain the print out of application form for future reference.
  Please do not send hard copy of the application form or any other document to the office of SIDAC. You will be communicated when and where to submit the document in due course of time.
  The applicants must have a valid mobile number of their own/ parents. It should be kept active during the entire admission process. In addition a valid E mail ID available if any may be provided by the applicants to facilitate smooth communications of information. Important correspondence will be sent to the same registered email ID and phone number. Applicants are requested to provide an alternate mobile number for emergency.
  Applicants should take utmost care to furnish the correct detail while filling the online applications. Please note that, once the form is submitted it cannot be edited.
  Before start to fill up of filling up the application through online mode, the applicants should keep ready the following details/ document. Only JPG/ JPEG format is acceptable. The size of the document should be within 50 kb- 100 kb.
  1. Valid email ID and Mobile Number.
  2. Scanned copy of the recent passport size colour photograph. The applicants should ensure that the same photograph is used throughout the admission process.
  3. Scan copy of document in support of date of birth i.e birth certificate, HSC certificate etc.
  4. Scan copy of the caste Certificate (other than general caste).
  5. Scan copy of the experience certificate in crafts activity.
  6. Scan copy of the documents in support of educational qualifications.
  7. Scan copy of the previous training certificate.
  Once the form is submitted, a registration number will be generated. The applicant has to keep the registration number carefully for future reference. The Registration number will be required for admission and certificate download purpose in future. The registration number will also be communicated to the applicants through e-mail submitted during application process.
